A lot of calls start the same way: an adult child noticed a parent is confused by a new device, worried about a scam call or email, or just avoiding using the computer out of frustration. You do not have to be local, or even in the same state, to arrange help.

I explain things patiently and without judgment, the same way I would want someone to treat my own family.
