Contact information is used to respond
If you call, text, email, book an appointment, or submit the contact form, the information you provide is used to respond to your request and provide or arrange services.

Google Analytics and Your Choice
The site uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only after you affirmatively allow analytics. Before that choice, the Google Analytics tag is not requested from Google.
Your analytics preference is stored in your browser's local storage under a SilverTech-specific setting so the site can remember the choice. That preference is functional site storage; it is not used for advertising.
When analytics are allowed, SilverTech uses GA4 for basic site measurement. Advertising-related consent is kept denied, and Google Signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled by the site's loader.
SilverTech's custom contact events are intentionally minimized. They may record the type of contact action (for example, call, text, online booking, or contact-form submit), a coarse page/section location, the destination category or host, and the page path. They do not send the raw phone or text link, phone number, full Calendly URL, contact-form field contents, or CTA text as custom event parameters.
Information You Choose to Send
If you contact SilverTech Assist, the information you voluntarily provide may include your name, contact details, appointment information, and the description of the technology problem you want help with.
The website's written contact form submits through FormSubmit to SilverTech's business email. Information entered into that form is therefore transmitted through that service when you submit it. The analytics system does not receive the form-field contents from SilverTech's custom tracking.
Phone, SMS, and email links open the corresponding service on your device. Booking links take you to Calendly, where Calendly's own privacy practices apply.
Embedded Maps and External Websites
The Contact and Areas Served pages contain embedded Google Maps, and the homepage displays a live BBB Accredited Business seal loaded directly from BBB's servers. Loading either of these embedded elements makes a connection to the external service (Google or BBB) even if you have declined SilverTech's optional GA4 analytics, because they are separate page features from the analytics system.
The site also links to external services and profiles such as Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, Nextdoor, Yelp, BBB, Microsoft support resources, FTC resources, and Calendly. Those sites receive information according to their own policies when you visit them.
Security, Retention, and Your Choices
The site uses HTTPS and browser security headers intended to reduce common web risks such as clickjacking, content injection, insecure transport, and unnecessary referrer disclosure.
SilverTech keeps business communications and service-related information as reasonably needed for customer service, recordkeeping, and normal business operations. Third-party services may have their own retention periods and controls.
You can decline optional analytics when the banner is shown or reopen Analytics Settings from the footer at any time. If you previously allowed analytics and then decline, the site removes accessible SilverTech-domain GA cookies and reloads without requesting GA4 on the next page load.
